Through a bipartisan effort, the Marijuana Data Collection Act (MDCA) was recently reintroduced into the U.S. Congress. Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) introduced the MDCA in the Senate, cosponsored by Senator Rand Paul (R-KY). Reps.
