A young woman went to one of our favorite local beaches to play with her dog, and it almost ended in disaster. No, this is not another of the all-too-frequent dog attack stories. Instead, this is about the careless disregard that some people have for their own litter. In this case, by the time she got home from the beach, her dog was acting quite strange.
