A publicly traded investment firm out of Arkansas, SPO Networks, Inc., recently announced they had purchased their first recreational marijuana dispensary in Trinidad.   The company has yet to say which dispensary but hopes to be able to reveal that information soon. According to the company, which launched just last year, it has a business plan of acquiring various cannabis-related real estate and assets through structured financing.
